Can I forward my own references of customers through a broker to Riverstone? Will they be charged Brokerage?
Yes ,you can forward your references and even the brokers to us by informing them that Riverstone is your property manager and they can interact us for show & tell and move-in generally if Riverstone doesn’t have a client for it the property is rented to them without brokerage; this depends on the case to case basis.
What if broker contacts me to rant out the property that's under property management with Riverstone ?
You can forward that broker to us and we would discuss the client that he has if the client suits your choice we will get the deal done .
Once I accept the offer how much time does it take to receive the money into my account?
It generally takes 7 weeks initially to set up the whole account and link them to our property management team once the that is done the future rents get credited into your account around 10th of every month intimates the owners directly hence you need to intimate us to get these bills paid by the way ,Riverstone property management team always keeps a track for such bills on its own but Riverstone can’t be held responsible for the delay in payments of these bills if we are not intimated by the society or the owner on time.
If I have some work that needs to be done what should I do? What are the communication channels?
